Our Mandate
The objective of the Police Complaints Authority is to enhance the image
of the Police Service and increase public confidence in its members. The
Authority is positioning itself at this stage to effectively and efficiently
perform its role and function.
We are currently fully engaged in: -
- Receiving processing and monitoring the investigation of complaints;
- Corresponding with complainants;
- Setting up systems and procedures;
- Training all staff to carry out the Authority's functions; and
- Reviewing and resolving the complaints from the public.
