Lodging a Complaint
 In
order to lodge a complaint, you must follow the these guidelines:-
All complaints must be made in writing and signed by you. The prescribed
form is optional.
You may submit your forms through
- Personal visits
Personal visits may be made to the Authority where complainants will
be assisted in completing the form if such assistance is necessary.
- Any Trinidad and Tobago Police Station
- Postal Mail
